青森県出身。2009年から東京でオフィスビルの企画開発に従事。2020年に独立し、品川区の創業支援施設のセンター長に就任、埼玉県飯能市のまちづくり会社にも参画。起業家支援、リノベーション、マルシェなどの企画に携わる。2022年にPointFive(株)を設立。「”0.5歩のチャレンジ”を起点に場づくりを仕掛ける企画家集団」として「都市・地方・郊外の魅力を生かした自立・共生のビジョン」を掲げて事業を展開。
