ITベンチャーのインターネット事業、新興系の通信会社などベンチャー企業での経験を経て、2003年NTTコミュニケーションズ株式会社入社後、大手法人営業に従事し、グローバル企業のコミュニケーション・コラボレーション改革を推進。 2018年より社内新規事業支援プログラム「BIチャレンジ」の制度設計、チーム支援など事務局立ち上げをしながら、自らも原体験を基に事業開発に取り組み、リモートワークや在宅勤務の働く場所問題を解決するワークスペース提供アプリ「droppin」を2021年10月に商用リリース。 現在は、商用化先のスマートワークスタイル推進室で「droppin」事業を推進中。
