2014年に長野市初のコワーキングスペース「CREEKS COWORKING NAGANO」を開設。2017年コミュニティカフェ「tsunagno」を開設。地域に根ざしたコミュニティを作り、課題解決のビジネスプラットフォームを目指し「起業・就業」「移住・中山間地」「子育て・教育」を柱に事業を展開している。信州アクセラレーアションプログラム2019/2020を運営。
