1985年桐生市生まれ。桐生女子高等学校を卒業後、法政大学社会学部へ進学。卒業後は都内不動産ディベロッパーで営業職を務めた後、人の成長に関われる仕事をしたいという想いで、教育コンテンツ会社へ転職。企業と全国の中学校·高校をつなぐアクティブラーニング型の教材の制作コーディネートを行う。人のアイディアや創造性の力を感じ、自らも起業しようと決意。その後、都内の社会起業家を育成するスクールへ通いながら、地元桐生市にて活動を開始。2013年にNPO法人キッズバレイを立ち上げ、代表理事に就任。2018年には一般社団法人みんなのラウンジ、2019年には(株)Local Sharing Labを設立。 3歳の娘がひとり。旅行が大好き。
