高校、大学と建築/土木を学び、その道での就職活動中に「これじゃない！！」と思い、1年間イギリス・マンチェスターへ。語学留学中は、語学より経験！とロクに学校に行かず、行き先や宿も決めないスタイルで、バックパッカーとしてヨーロッパを旅した。それらの海外生活の中で、多様なライフスタイルや考え方をもった人々と出会い、人生の価値観が大きく変る。何事も行動を起こすことの大切さを知る。 帰国後、2010年4月から大手営業会社の人事部にて従事するも、デジタルマップの可能性を見出し、2011 年8月に経験もノウハウもないIT業界でWOWMAP株式会社(現:WM & Creators, Inc.)を立ち上げる。 個人の働き方を尊重し、これまで100名以上の年齢や国を超えたフリーランサーと共に仕事をしてきた。
