1971年徳島市生まれ。愛媛大学卒業。不動産コンサルタント会社を経て、2008年、ヒト・モノ・コト・チエ・ワザの本質的な関係性を追及し、多才な人材マネジメント戦略と多様な事業企画戦略を通じて、田舎の新しい仕組みやサービスを企画実践する会社RELATIONを創業。 地域の担い手育成事業「神山塾」（徳島県神山町）や「Learning Journey 」廃校利活用事業「TOKOMURO Lab」(北海道浦幌町)のほか、愛媛県西予市、香川県さぬき市など各地の担い手育成事業やプロジェクトマネジメントに携わる。 専門は地域、不動産、キャリアデザイン、人材育成。
